New Giga S Plus Feature

Giga S is upgraded to Giga S Plus.

SMD parts counter counts the number of the components at a reel.

After using a SMD reel, the remains of short reel needs to be connected with new reel.

Until now, the remains is connected at the other place or tools.

To reduce time consuming and for effective working, Giga S Plus adopts splicing tape tool at the counter.

Giga S plus has all of Giga S's existing functions.
There are additional features as below.

- Splicing tape tool

It helps more effective working and reduce a waste of time of connecting two reels.
The work of connecting two reels can be done at the machine easily.
You don't need to purchase separate tools.
Just use Giga S+ counter only.

- Pause Button

Case 1.
During the counting, some times needs to take out the reel and check or cut.
This pause button makes the counter not to move its Q'ty even the counting gear moves.
After checking, connecting or cutting, mount the reel at the machine.
Then, push pasuse button again.
Now, a counter does continuous counting.

Case 2.
For setting a new reel at the counter, using pause button.
After setting, you can push the button again and start from zero immediately.

- More stable counting path

Giga S Plus has a difference of floor level in counting path.
It prevents tracks breakaway of SMD reel during counting.
Even big and heavy reel, there won't be tracks breakaway.
It provides more stable counting work.

- Easy reel holding clip

When you set a reel at the counter, a new reel holding clip helps easy mounting.
Pull and rotate the clip. Then, it makes a gap for easy working.
Pull and rotate the clip again. Then, it smoothly tighten the reel again.
