[Giga/GigaS] Motor movement problem

About motor problem with movement


Situation. 

When you press "START" or "REW" button, a motor doesn't work at all.


Solution.

1) Please check the connector of the motor.

Almost motor problems can be solved by pushing the cables strongly again.
Especially, white cables.

Please note that it needs to hold the body when you move the counter.
DO NOT hold the arms. It can cause problems with connection or balance.





2) Even you tried to push the cables strongly but it doesn't still work.
    If so, please contact with NamA or your seller.
    Then, you can receive the solution or can get repair service.
