Component reels often are missing components, yet most counters can't detected this condition.
The Giga S and I'Magic component counters not only count the sprocket holes but also has "Pocket check", which can check each pocket to verify that the component is actually there.
If there is missed parts, the machine stops or pass and let operator know total number of missing components.
A digital readout continuously updates the true parts count by subtracting missing parts.

As an additional benefit, pocket check will stop at the end of new reels as they typically have 5-10 inches of empty pockets at the end of tape reel.
This prevents the annoyance of spinning tape whiplash.

Furthermore, compared with other products of other companies, NamA provides adjustment of height of the sensor.
You can check the pocket of 8 / 12 / 16 ~ 24mm reel tapes.


How to Memorize




There are two options of checking setting, Pass or Stop.
Pass : Total Q'ty - Missing Parts Q'ty
Stop : Stop at the missing parts point.
